Copyright Policy
Intellectual property rights of the authors are respected by The Journal of Multidisciplinary Engineering Technologies (JMDET), and it strives to protect the rights linked to scholarly publication. Authors shall retain copyright in their published article unless otherwise stipulated in the corresponding publication agreement, but shall grant the journal permission to publish and distribute, display, and archive the article.
It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that the submissions are original and do not violate the copyrights or any intellectual property of third-party sources. The authors will have to get proper permissions before using any copyrighted figures, tables, images, or any other source material in their manuscripts.
Receive appropriate credit and recognition for their research.
Publish their research works under relevant licensing agreements.
Use their research papers in teaching, research, and other academic activities.
Deposit their published research papers in relevant institutional repositories.
Cite and refer to their research papers and share those.
Work on their published research works in subsequent academic and research work.
Licensing Policy
JMDET facilitates responsible sharing and reuse of scholarly published materials under the appropriate license that is attached to each individual paper.
Published papers can be shared, cited, and reused in compliance with the terms of the applicable licensing, as long as proper attribution is made to the original authors and the journal.
Acknowledge the authors and sources properly.
Cite the sources appropriately when referencing any research.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the work.
Ensure that no commercial usage is made if it is prohibited.
Comply with the copyright laws and licenses.
Make sure not to claim the work of another author as your own.
